• Quote form. When you use the free quote form you enter your name, pickup and drop locations, home size and an optional moving date. The form does not send this data to our website server. It prepares a WhatsApp message on your device, which you then send to us.
• WhatsApp and phone. If you message or call us, we receive the details you share, including your phone number and WhatsApp profile name.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.

2. Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. To prevent spam, the quote form stores a short timestamp in your browser’s local storage, and your last quote message is kept in session storage so the thank-you page can show it. Both stay on your device, and you can clear them in your browser settings.

3. How we use your information

• To prepare and send your moving quote and plan your move
• To contact you about your enquiry or booking
• To protect the website from spam and misuse
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to carry out your move (for example with our moving crew and transport partners) or where the law requires.

5. Third-party services

• WhatsApp (Meta). Messages you send through WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
• Google Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google, which may receive your IP address and browser details when the fonts are requested.

6. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

7. Your rights
